Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Carriers & rates
Orders ship via USPS (Ground Advantage and Priority Mail). Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the package weight, so you pay the real carrier rate.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, USPS estimates delivery in roughly 2–5 business days for Ground Advantage and 1–3 business days for Priority Mail. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Order address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it ships, and we aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows a problem or your package seems lost, contact us at support@ridessentials.co and we'll help you work with the carrier. We aren't responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our hands, but we'll always help resolve issues.
