Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your RideEssentials purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your package, based on the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking.
Condition
To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging, with all parts, accessories, and inserts included.
How to start a return
Email us at support@ridessentials.co with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below). We recommend a tracked shipping method — we can't refund a return we don't receive.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we inspect and verify the condition of the product. After we've confirmed it meets the conditions above, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll cover the cost of a replacement or return at no charge to you.
Non-returnable items
Items that are used, missing original packaging, or returned after the 3-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (per the process above) and place a new order.
